Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to all EU countries, and are working on expanding our shipping area to wider European area

We offer free delivery on all orders within Germany starting from 49 EUR. For orders below 49 EUR, a standard shipping fee of 4.99 EUR will apply.

Our delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days, and all shipments are handled by our partner DHL.

We offer free delivery on all orders starting from 69 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency). For orders below 69 EUR, a standard shipping fee of 6.99 EUR (or the equivalent in your local currency) will apply.

The delivery time is between 2 to 8 working days, and all shipments are handled by our partner DHL.

All our products are shipped from Hamburg, Germany. For orders within the EU, you won’t need to worry about any unexpected taxes or duties.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

To receive a full refund, ensure that all items are returned in unused condition, or in the same condition as when you received them. This includes retaining the original packaging with all its components.

We accept payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay.

You can cancel or edit your order as long as it hasn’t been processed yet.

Rest assured, all products available in our store are sourced exclusively from official distributors within the EU or directly from the manufacturers. This ensures that every item you purchase is genuine and of the highest quality.

To determine how long you can safely use a product after opening, look for the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging. This symbol resembles an open jar with a number followed by the letter "M" (e.g., 12M). The number indicates the number of months the product remains safe to use after it has been opened.

You can find the expiration date on your product's packaging, typically indicated by the “Until” (까지) symbol. The date is usually presented in the format YYYY/MM/DD.

At Happy Skincare, we advocate for a minimalist approach to skincare, recommending a core routine of just three essential products: a cleanser, a moisturizer, and sunscreen. These products form the foundation of effective skincare.

Additional products are optional and can be tailored to address specific skin concerns. If you're unsure which products are right for you, our free skin quiz can provide personalized recommendations based on your unique skin type and concerns.

For a basic three-step routine, the correct order is: cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen (for morning use).

If your routine includes additional products, the general rule is to apply them from the thinnest to the thickest consistency. For instance, if you incorporate a toner and serum into your regimen, the proper sequence would be: cleanser, toner, serum/booster, moisturizer, and sunscreen (AM).

Yes, you can incorporate multiple serums into your routine, but it's advisable to proceed with caution, especially if you have sensitive skin. Overloading your skin with active ingredients can lead to irritation. Start by introducing two serums and gradually increase the number based on your skin's tolerance. When layering serums, apply them from the thinnest to the thickest consistency, and allow 1-2 minutes between applications to ensure each product is fully absorbed.

  • If your entire face appears shiny, you have oily skin.
